"SAIP forgoes many of the pitfalls of traditional learning management systems, according to Oracle. Often, online teaching environments are set up by instructors to individually manage their courses and exchange information with students in a web of separate and confusing sites and applications. SAIP lets an administrator create a course then the interface sends the information to the learning management system, automatically creating a corresponding course site or virtual learning space. As students enroll in the course through PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions, enrollment information is sent to the learning management system and they receive all appropriate access privileges."
